Smokin Willy can provide full service catering and event management for events up to 5000 people. A lot of people that call themselves caterers look more like a grill and a bag of charcoal. Smokin Willy puts on the whole show. Our extensive infrastructure allows us to perform as many as six events all on the same day!
Going beyond BBQ. We offer many upscale menue items. Our culinary team excels at much more than just great BBQ. Plated meals, Seafood & Steaks. All prepared on site over massive charcoal grills, not in some commercial kitchen hours away from your venue.
